PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk has grown its business by owning infrastructure concessions through merger and acquisitions. The Company aims to be a catalyst of Indonesian economic growth by developing the available key infrastructure facilities in transportation and utilities.
Over the past 12 years PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk has been actively investing and developing infrastructure and expanding its portfolio into many areas of infrastructure sectors across the nation in Toll Roads, Renewable Energy, Clean Water, Trading, Advertising and Parking Management.

- The series of the Company's Go Private process, the Voluntary Tender Oer (VTO) conducted by MPTIS, with the remaining shareholders up to the issuance of this Annual Report are 5,686 shareholders (until March 5, 2025/the last stage of VTO extension) shareholders.
- Through MUN and its subsidiary BSD, the inauguration of the Makassar New Port Toll Access Road in Makassar which was built along 3.2 km.
- MUN, MPTIS, and WIPL signed transaction documents related to the connection of shares owned by PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk and the Jalin Margasejahtera Employee Cooperative in PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT). As a result, MUN, MPTIS, and WIPL have ocially become joint owners of a 35% stake in JTT.

- PT Potum Mundi Infranusantara (Potum) a subsidiary of the Company in the water management, sold its shares in PT Tirta Bangun Nusantara (TBN). The number of shares released to Bahtera Hijau Mandiri (BHM) amounted to 26,957,000 shares representing 99.998% of Potum’s ownership in TBN. Then, Potum sold 547 shares, or equivalent to 0.002% in TBN to Bahtera Hutama Sentosa (BHS).
- PT Margautama Nusantara (MUN) increased its capital by issuing 3,506 new shares with each share valued at Rp70,000,000 to PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia Services (MPTIS) and Warrington Investment Pte Ltd (Warrington).
- PT Portco Infranusantara (Portco), a subsidiary of the Company in the port sector, disposed of 60,174 shares representing 39% of the issued and paid-up shares in PT Intisentosa Alambahtera (ISAB) to PT Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) Indonesia.
- PT Energi Infranusantara (EI), a subsidiary of the Company in the renewable energy sector, purchased 496,645 shares representing 38.77% of all shares owned by PT Pembangunan Perumahan Energi (PPE) in PT Inpola Meka Energi (IME).

- The Company acquired 40% shares of PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC)/MBZ by PT Margautama Nusantara (MUN).
- PT Bintaro Serpong Damai and PT Toll Road Seksi Empat (JTSE), a subsidiary of PT Margautama Nusantara (MUN) conducted groundbreaking for the construction of Makassar New Port (MNP) toll access road.

- PT Makassar Metro Network (MMN) operates Ujung Pandang Toll Road section 3 (A.P. Pettarani Makassar Elevated Toll Road) with a length of 4.3 km since March 19, 2021.
- PT Marga Metro Nusantara successfully passed the pre qualification stage for the concession of Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) Cikunir-Ulujami Elevated Toll Road.

- The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Potum and the Tirta Siak Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) related to the feasibility study of the Rumbai Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM).i.
- MUN signed the Bandung Intra Urban Toll Road (BIUTR) Consortium Agreement with PT Mahkota Permata Perdana, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk.
- JTSE won an award in the “Tax Award 2019: Outstanding Taxpayer” on November 26, 2019, in Makassar. The event was organized by the Makassar City Government Regional Revenue Agency.
- JTSE won the “Gold Achievement” award at 2019 The 8th Annual Indonesia Operational Excellence Conference Award event held by SHIFT Indonesia, on November 7 2019.
- Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) acquired shares of CIIF Infrastructure Holdings Sdn. Bhd., And CAIF III Infrastructure Holdings Sdn. Bhd., (Funds managed by Cap Asia) on September 23, 2019, resulting in a change in the composition of shareholders in PT Margautama Nusantara, becoming NI with 74.98% share ownership, MPTC through CIIF Infrastructure Holdings Sdn. Bhd., And CAIF III Infrastructure Holdings Sdn. Bhd., (Funds that were formerly managed by Cap Asia) with 25.00% ownership and Sadikin Aksa with 0.02%.

- The Company signed a design and construction collaboration contract for the A.P. Pettarani Elevated Toll Road, Makassar with Wika Beton.

- The Company through its subsidiary, EI acquired 80% of shares of a Biomass Power Plant in Siantan, West Kalimantan.

- BSD received the Zero Accident Award from the South Tangerang Municipal Government.
- Registration of JLB's Bonds I worth Rp1.3 trillion.
- The Company awarded the Best Corporate Governance award in the Corporate Secretary Award 2018 organized by Warta Ekonomi Magazine.
- The Company distributed Interim Dividend and Final Dividends on May 15, 2018, and June 27, 2018, respectively.
- Between June and September 2018, PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia (MPTI) carried out a Mandatory Tender Offer (MTO) with an offering price of Rp211/ share for 3,760,231,769 shares.
- In accordance with the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), the Company offered as many as 4,950,072,626 Regular Registered Series B Shares with a nominal value of Rp70 per share through Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD).
- On May 30, 2018, the Company divested KIN with a divestment value of Rp1,044 billion and EV/EBITDA valuation ratio of 12.2 times.
- The Company received a syndicated loan for the funding of the A.P. Pettarani Elevated Toll Road construction in Makassar.

- In June, PT Tirta Kencana Cahaya Madniri (TKCM), an associate entity of POTUM, signed a Concession Extension Agreement with PDAM Tirta Kerta Rahardja (TKR) Tangerang for a period of 20 years.
- The Company’s subsidiaries in toll road, namely MMN, JTSE and BSD implemented the National Cashless Movement (GNNT) in the Makassar and BSD toll roads pursuant to the Ministry Regulation on cashless transaction on toll roads.
- BMN carried out groundbreaking for the construction of the 4.3-km AP. Pettarani toll road.
- BMN signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Makassar Government to find the solution to traffic congestion issues.
- DCC and Medan Industrial Area (KIM) signed the Minutes of Agreement on tariff increase on April 21, 2017.
- In June 2017, SCTK completed the construction to increase capacity from 150 lps to 350 lps.
- In December 2017, the associated company TKCM improved its capacity by 300 lps to 1,575 lps from 1,275 lps.

- The Company has successfully received External Audit Certificates for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000 for PT Bintaro Serpong Damai (BSD), PT Makassar Metro Network (MMN), and PT Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (JTSE).
- PT Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (JTSE) operates Tallo II Bridge since July 1, 2016 to accommodate traffic density during the homebound traffic and returning traffic during Eid-al-Fitr 1437H festivities.
- PT Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (JTSE) has developed a traffic solution known as Traffic Information System (TIS). TIS is the latest and real-time information platform which provides information to toll road users with regard to traffic flow both in the toll road as well as outside the toll roads.
- The Company through PT Makassar Metro Network (MMN) and PT Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (JTSE) have established collaboration with Pertamina since October 2016 for a 20- year contract period. The agreement is worth Rp77 billions, including the utilization of the right of way managed by PT Makassar Metro Network (MMN) and PT Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (JTSE) for pipeline infrastructure to distribute jet fuel from Makassar Fuel Terminal to Airport Fuel Storage Facility in Hasanuddin Airport.

- The Company received a certificate or title for the “Nusantara Infrastructure and Nusantara Care” trademark from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, which is valid for 10 years as of the receipt of mark registration, which is renewable.

- EI increased its ownership in IME, a subsidiary developing PLTA Lau Gunung project, to 54.64%.
- IME finalized technical design with design optimization from 10 MW to 15 MW, making the Power plant potential efficient in line with the investment value.
- KIN increased its telecommunications tower portfolio from 591 towers by end of 2014 to 901 towers by end of 2015 towers.

- JEXWAY and NEXCO joining in as shareholders PT Bintaro Serpong Damai, a subsidiary of the Company, with each holding 2.93% and 1.25% of shares respectively.
