As one of the leading private infrastructure company in Indonesia, PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk owns infrastructure concessions in both western and eastern parts of Indonesia which provide sustained growth to the business.
 
Established in 2006, the Company started its first development project in Toll Roads sector, and expanding its portfolio into many areas of infrastructure sectors across the nation in Renewable Energy, Clean Water, Trading, Advertising and Parking Management.

Zero Accident Award by South Tangerang Municipal Government

At the 10th anniversary of South Tangerang (Tangsel) city, the Tangsel City Government awarded the Zero Accident Award to 30 companies, one of which was BSD. Top 5 Good Corporate Governance Issues in Infrastructure Sector by Warta Ekonomi Magazine in Indonesia Corporate Secretary Award 2018

The Company once again nominated as one of the Top 5 Good Corporate Governance (GCG) issues in infrastructure sector at the Indonesia Corporate Secretary Award 2018 organized by Warta Ekonomi Magazine at Balai Kartini. The award given as an appreciation for the performance and reputation of the Company that has carried out its communication functions by implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles. This appreciation is expected to further motivate the Company to continue to improve its performance and maintain the trust of stakeholders by continuing to put forward GCG principles.

Annual Report Award 2014

Annual Report Award (ARA) is a program organized since 2001 in cooperation with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Directorate General of Taxation, Ministry of Enterprise, Bank Indonesia, the Indonesian Stock Exchange, National Committee on Governance, and the Indonesian Institute of Accountants. The program's objective is to improve the transparency of information and implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the business sector.


In the 2014 Annual Report Award, Nusantara Infrastructure participated for the first time and was ranked 19th out of 76 participants in the category of Non-Financial Private Companies Listed. Nusantara Infrastructure was also ranks 121 out of 276 participants in general of the 10 categories. This ranking obtained in ARA shows the recognition from the external party for Nusantara Infrastructure of the implementation GCG and information disclosure (transparency) as a public company.

Shariah Stock List

Financial Service Authority (a.k.a. OJK) said that Nusantara Infrastructure was listed on Shariah Stock List on period I of 2015, and meet the criteria of Shariah Stock.


Shariah Stock List (SSL) was defined by the OJK regularly based on the annual financial statements and half-year financial statements of all listed companies. Stocks that have been listed on the SSL can be used as a stock portfolio by managers (who manage Shariah mutual fund/reksadana), institutional investors, and individual investors (who have a preference for investing in shariah stock).

IDX Main Board

IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) announces that Nusantara Infrastructure is one of the 15 issuers that qualify to move from the Development Board to the Main Board. This adjustment was effective on June 1, 2015.


Development Board is board listing provided to listed shares of medium-sized companies that are expected to develop. Main Board is provided to listed shares of large companies, with requirements: Net value tangible assets at least Rp100 billion, minimum 3 years of operational experience, audited financial statements of the issuer to Unqualified opinion for last two fiscal years.

NI Receive Infobank Award as "100 Fastest Growing Companies 2016"

In August 2016, PT NI was selected as one of the fastest growing companies during 2016 through Infobank award. Of the 100 selected companies, NI is ranked 26th in the category of infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sector. Based on the assessment, the research team conducted a study of 521 non-financial companies and non-public public companies by looking at the company's growth and financial ratios in 2011 - 2015.


This award is also the first award in infrastructure sector organized by Infobank. This award proves that PT NI has successfully become one of the Infrastructure Issuers with excellent Performance and Financial Growth. In addition to that Infobank award also provides a positive image to stakeholders and investors as proof that PT NI has gained a glorious success.

Warta Ekonomi Corporate Secretary Award 2017 as a Top 5 GCG in Infrastructure Sector

On 5 December, 2017 at Balai Kartini Jakarta, Warta Ekonomi through Indonesia Corporate Secretary Award 2017 gives awards to companies that carry out the role of good Corporate Secretary, and make it as a benchmark for other companies. NI was selected as one of the five best Companies in the infrastructure sector that apply the concept of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), represented by Dahlia Evawani as Corporate Secretary. The event has purposed to encourage all institutions in Indonesia to continue providing information disclosure to the public, because GCG is a reflection and benchmark integrity of a company.


Warta Ekonomi undertook an assessment based on various aspects such as information disclosure and implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), which is in accordance with the provisions of the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG), namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness. In addition, four other infrastructure companies also included in the same category namely, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk, PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk, and PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk.
