As one of the leading private infrastructure company in Indonesia, PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk owns infrastructure concessions in both western and eastern parts of Indonesia which provide sustained growth to the business.

Established in 2006, the Company started its first development project in Toll Roads sector, and expanding its portfolio into many areas of infrastructure sectors across the nation in Renewable Energy, Clean Water, Trading, Advertising and Parking Management.

Audit CommitteE Charter

PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk established an Audit Committee in order to implement good corporate governance principle and the spirit of transparency as well as commitment of management and all its employees.

The Audit Committee Charter is to determine structure, qualifications, responsibilities, authorities, meeting, reporting and terms of office of Audit Committee. This will be reviewed and updated periodically as required in order to anticipate new regulations.
