IME
RPSL
PT ENERGI INFRANUSANTARA WILL ACQUIRE 45 PERCENT OF PT INPOLA MEKA ENERGI (IME)
EI acquired PT Inpola Meka Energi (IME) in 2013. IME focuses on the development of Lau Gunung Hydro Power Plant in Tanah Pinem, Dairi District, North Sumatra. Lau Gunung has a capacity of 2x7.5 MW hydroelectric power which started operating (Commercial Operation Date/COD) in December 2020. IME has a contract with PT PLN (Persero) to provide electricity to people in North Sumatra.
PT Rezeki Perkasa Sejahtera Lestari (RPSL)
The Company, through its subsidiary in the energy sector, Energi Infranusantara (EI), has acquired an 80% stake of PT Rezeki Perkasa Sejahtera Lestari (RPSL) in 16 August 2018.
RPSL is an Independent Power Producer (IPP) company running a Biomass Power Plant (PLTBm) with a capacity of 15 MW in Siantan, Mempawah, West Kalimantan. RPSL has been operating for 8 months with its established Commercial Operating Date (COD) on 23 April 2018. It is contracted to supply 8 MW to the State Electricity Company (PLN) and is the first Biomass Power Plant in West Kalimantan.
