PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk is playing an active role in accelerating the economic infrastructure development in Indonesia. The economic insfrastructure is internal facilities of a country that make business activities possible, such as transportation, communication, distribution networks, financial institutions and markets, and energy supply systems.

As one of the leading private infrastructure company in Indonesia, PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk owns infrastructure concessions in both western and eastern parts of Indonesia which provide sustained growth to the business.

Established in 2006, the Company started its first development project in Toll Roads sector, and expanding its portfolio into many areas of infrastructure sectors across the nation : toll-roads, port, energy, water and telecommunication tower.

Currently the Company provides services to more than 85 million customers, 500,000 households, 78 million vehicles, more than 200 vessels, and connecting millions of people through communications.

Good Corporate Governance

The TARIF principle has become a point of reference for all individuals in the Company in each activity of the units and business lines in order to maximize achievements.

Awareness to follow good corporate governance practice is fundamental to protecting the interests of the Company and its shareholders. As a public company, the structure and process of corporate governance conforms with the laws and regulations on Limited Liability and capital markets as stated in the Articles of Association.

In implementation, the Company refers to the basic principles of Good Corporate Governance ("GCG") called TARIF, namely: Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness. Everyone in the Company views these principles as point of reference in conducting all unit activities and lines of business so that the Company always thrives and is able to maximize its achievements.
