Hartopo Soetoyo has very considerable experience and reputation in the field of infrastructure. He has experiences to make of tunnels, seaports, roads and bridges, dams and irrigation, as well Blasting Master second class licences to get blasting works.

His longterm relationship within the government and the private sector helps the Company to conduct convenient communication within the infrastructure field. He previously served as President Director of PT PP Taisei Indonesia Construction and as of 2010, has served as an Independent Commissioner of the Company.
