PT Tirta Bangun Nusantara (TBN)
TBN is a joint-venture company between Potum and PT. Enviro Nusantara, a company engaged in consultancy, supervision, operation & maintenance clean water supply and waste water treatment. This partnership was established in 2012 and will contribute significant synergy to achieve NI goals, among others to become the leading player in the water sector. TBN's water business is targeting PDAM (Municipal Water Company), and the remaining would be expected coming from industrial complex/estate, real estate's compound, ports, oil & gas facilities, mining and commercial superblocks.
PT Tirta Kencana Cahaya Mandiri (TKCM)
TBN partly owns TKCM, a Water Treatment Plant at Cikokol, Tangerang, Banten, which operates at 1,250 liter per second capacity bulk water supplying clean water to PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja (TKR) Tangerang. PDAM TKR Tangerang further distributes to municipal, industrial and commercial customers in Tangerang Area, and some portions even allocated to Jakarta Area. This concession is also under BOT (Build Operate and Transfer) structure.
PT Sarana Catur Tirtakelola (SCTK)
In December 2013, Potum again acquires shareholdership of SCTK, a Water Treatment Plant & water distribution company, which operates in Desa Cijeruk, East Serang Regency, Banten. SCTK is currently supplying clean water to Industrial Estates in the Area i.e ; Modern Cikande Industrial Estates 1, 2, 3 & Pancatama Industrial Estate at only 60 liter per second capacity. This WTP is sourced its raw water from Ciujung River, East Serang, Banten which is serving over 100 factories in those Industrial Estates. Currently, SCTK can only supply approximately 20% to those industries clean water need. Therefore, with the support from NI through Potum and TBN it is expected to boost SCTK's capacity to at least 375 liter per second and will double its customers to over 200 factories in the Area, a part of fulfilling the present clean water demand gap of approximately 80%.
PT Dain Celicani Cemerlang (DCC)
In October 2012, Potum signed a Share Subscription Agreement with DCC to acquire 51% shares of the company. DCC is a Water Treatment Concession Holder with a right to Build, Operate & Manage the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Medan Industrial Estate or Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM), North Sumatera. The Plant is servicing potential demand up to 350 liter per second clean water supply to the above mentioned Industrial Area. The WTP will source its raw water from the Deli River, and will supply the clean water to 153 factories in KIM Industrial Estate. The Operation & Maintenance (O & M) of this WTP will be under TBN. This 20 years concession is under BOT (Build Operate & Transfer) structure.
