Institutional Investor Day (IID) is annually held by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), as a forum for exchanging information and sharing experiences among all issuers and investors. Each issuer presents its company’s performance and also shares its next year business prospects. This year, IID was conducted for two days (7-8 May 2014) at the Stock Exchange building, which was opened by the Director of IDX Ito Warsito, and was attended by 16 corporate issuers that have been listed on IDX.

Nusantara Infrastructure participated in the first day along with seven other companies such as PT Semen Indonesia Tbk, PT Ciputra Development Tbk, PT Vale Indonesia, PT BW Plantation, PT Bank Tabungan Negara, PT Cipaganti Citra Graha Tbk, and PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. While on the second day were PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk, PT Unilever Tbk, PT Adaro Energy Tbk, PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk, PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk, PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya, PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk, and PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk.

Nusantara Infrastructure represented by Mr. Danni Hasan explained about earnings performance in the first quarter of 2014 recorded as an increase in net profit to 296.8%. In his presentation, Danni delivered one of NI’s achievements (were recorded in the Performance Report in 2013) that was in restructuring its subsidiary: PT Nusantara Margautama (MUN) as a toll road operator.
