PT Potum Mundi Infranusantara (POTUM), a subsidiary of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (NI) in the clean water management sector, received a Senior Term Loan Facility worth IDR 95 billion from PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF), as a shareholder of NI.
 
The signing was carried out on January 5, 2021 which was attended by President Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk Ramdani Basri, President Director of Potum Danni Hasan, President Director of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) Reynaldi Hermansjah, Director of Investment IIF Bayu Wirawan, Director of PT Sarana Catur Tirta Kelola ( SCTK) Donny Pradono Suleiman, Senior Vice President of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Dhejani Surjadi and Vice President of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Sutiawati.
 
Among other things, the Senior Term Loan Facility will be used to finance the development of the Company's business in the clean water sector in several regions in Indonesia.
