As of December 31, 2021, the Company's Operating Revenues and Sales (including Other Operating Income) 2021 amounted to Rp675.1 billion, or an increase of 25.4% compared to 2020. This increase was supported by the toll road sector with a growth of 33.8%, or equivalent to Rp439.3 billion, and the Renewable Energy sector experienced a rise of 26.9% or equivalent to Rp155.6 billion. Meanwhile, the Company's Total Assets as of December 31 2021, were recorded at Rp6.6 trillion, or equal to an increase of 12.7% compared to the previous year's position. Meanwhile, operational performance in all sectors, namely toll roads, renewable energy and clean water, were increased in 2021.

Ramdani Basri, President Director of the Company said, "The Company's business activities are still in dynamic economic conditions, both at global and domestic levels. However, the Company's Management has carried out a scenario analysis of the economic recovery from the impact of the pandemic by taking several steps, including maintaining the priority of protecting the safety and management of employees during the pandemic as one of the Company's assets to be able to provide optimal contributions to stakeholders. The next step is to manage resources to complete several strategic projects under the business plan". Ramdani added that the Company also continues to emphasize the management of operational costs (O&M) and cost-initiatives-oriented capacity-building costs (CAPEX) while maintaining minimum service standards and optimizing non-core business revenues by looking at business opportunities in this new normal condition by keeping proactive in business development plans in 3 (three) main sectors namely toll roads, clean water management and renewable energy to optimize long-term business models.

The Company's management is optimistic that it can improve its maximum performance in the future in the toll road sector. Seeing that the economic and toll road business prospects are quite good in 2022, economic activity and community mobility in 2022 will also slowly increase. Thus, vehicle traffic flow on the Company's toll roads can return to normal. In 2022, the Company will still focus on several projects, including the development of the Bintaro Serpong Damai Project (BSD Business Development), namely the Flood Management Project and Weaving Area Construction on the BSD Toll Road, which has already started, and the Cikunir – Ulujami Toll Road Project (JORR Elevated) which is currently underway. This is in the evaluation stage of bid documents and Makassar New Port Toll Access Road Construction (Phases I and II).

On February 7, 2022, the groundbreaking of the Makassar New Port (MNP) Toll Access Road construction was held, which was attended by the Secretary General of the Ministry of PUPR Mohammad Zainal Fatah, representatives from the Ministry of Transportation, Pelindo, Representatives of the Presidential Staff of the Republic of Indonesia, Indonesia Toll Road Authority (BPJT), acting Governor of South Sulawesi Sulaiman and Deputy Mayor of Makassar. The Makassar New Port Toll Access Road is expected to support the port operation of the Makassar New Port, which has a projected capacity of 900 thousand TEUs in 2023. In addition, the presence of this toll road can also trigger economic growth in the surrounding area and increase the distribution of development results which will later benefit the people of South Sulawesi. Moreover, the MNP Toll Road is expected to encourage economic growth, logistics distribution and facilitate export and import routes, also being one of the solutions in easing congestion for goods or logistics transportation with direct access to and from MNP.

Meanwhile, for the Clean Water business segment, the Company has operated three water treatment plants (WTP) with a total capacity of 2,025 litres/second through PT Sarana Catur Tirta Kelola (SCTK) located in Serang, Banten; PT Dain Celicani Cemerlang (DCC) in Medan, North Sumatra; and PT Tirta Kencana Cahaya Mandiri (TKCM) in Cikokol, Tangerang, Banten. The clean water produced by the three PAPs is then distributed through the Regional Water Utility Company (PDAM) to meet the needs of industry and housing needs and support government programs in overcoming the growing clean water crisis in Indonesia. The Company is also conducting several pre-feasibility studies for the Manado & Bitung City Project and has entered the final stage of a clean water project that will serve several areas and industrial estates in Indonesia, to add to the Company's portfolio by using non-chemical technology.

For the renewable energy sector, the Company continues to target to develop its business in the field of power generation, especially renewable energy (EBT) such as hydropower, biomass, solar, and waste in various regions in Indonesia. This is done by looking for opportunities for investment, both in plants that are not yet operating or those that are already operating. Since 2021, the Company has also started implementing solar PV projects. As of April 2022, the Company has completed 3 Residential Solar PV projects with a total capacity of 60.6 kWp, which has the potential to reduce CO2 emissions by around 26 tons per year and has since been followed up with several other solar PV projects. These various projects are a form of our commitment to support the Government in reducing carbon emissions. .
