Nusantara Infrastructure Delivers Solid Performance, Distributing IDR 45.56 Billion in Interim Dividends

Jakarta, 10 November 2025 – PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (IDX: META) announced the distribution of an interim dividend of IDR 2.63 per share, amounting to a total value of IDR 45.56 billion for the 2025 financial year. The decision was made through a Board of Directors’ Resolution dated November 6, 2025, and subsequently approved by the Board of Commissioners on the same day.
The interim dividend will be distributed to shareholders listed in the Company’s Shareholders Register (DPS) as of November 20, 2025, at 4.00 p.m. The dividend payment is scheduled to be made on December 3, 2025.
Dahlia Evawani, Corporate Secretary of Nusantara Infrastructure, stated that the interim dividend payment for shareholders whose shares are held in collective custody at PT Kustodian Efek Sentral Indonesia (KSEI) will be made through the Customer Fund Account (RDN) at the Securities Company and/or Custodian Bank where shareholders maintain their securities accounts. She added, “Complete information regarding the schedule, procedures, and terms for the interim dividend distribution can be accessed through the Information Disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website www.idx.co.id and the Company’s official website www.nusantarainfrastructure.com.”
Based on the Company’s financial report for the third quarter of 2025, Nusantara Infrastructure recorded revenue of IDR 216 billion, with EBITDA reaching IDR 58.8 billion and total assest amounting to IDR 4.64 trillion. Moving forward, the Company has outlined a number of strategic measures aimed at strengthening cash flow and capital structure, maintaning operational efficiency, and driving adaptive and sustainable business innovation.
