Net Income Increases 41% in First Half of 2015, Strengthening Nusantara Infrastructure’s Position as Integrated Infrastructure Company in Indonesia
Increase in operating income is driven by the positive performance growth of the Company's subsidiaries

The positive performance drove to increase total assets, from Rp4.07 trillion to Rp4.3 trillion. Debt to Equity Ratio increased to 73.5%, and Debt to EBITDA can be reduced by 173.1% to 9.88. Nusantara Infrastructure is optimistic that the Company's value will continue to increase, and to position the Company became one of the leading integrated infrastructure in Indonesia.
General Manager Corporate Affairs of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Deden Rochmawaty on Friday (31/7) said, "As part of our commitment to become an integrated infrastructure company, we continue to grow and strengthen the Company's business fundamentals. The contribution of the Company's subsidiaries to the performance is proof that the strategy we are doing is right on track."
Deden added that in providing services, the Company adhere to government regulations and standardization, making it one of the toll received approval for a rate increase last month. Currently, the toll sector contributes more than 60% of the Company's income.
Nusantara Infrastructure continues to improve capacity and service portfolio in each subsidiary. Water sector: the Company increased the capacity of water supply distribution in East Serang of 69%. Toll sector: the Company successfully obtained certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 for BSD toll, JTSE and BMN in Makassar), carried out widening Tallo Bridge in Makassar, and implemented the Traffic Information System.
In Telecommunication Towers sector: Throughout 2015 the Company added more than 180 units of tower. Nusantara Infrastructure entered this sector in the early 2014, and its contribution to the Company's revenues continues to increase. Sector that operates towers and other supporting facilities in Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Bali, Dumai, and Riau, contributed by 31% in the first half of 2015.
Deden added, in developing the infrastructure in Indonesia, the Company has always maintaining the positive growth. The Company always looks for opportunities to expand and opens to cooperation with both local and multinational partners. Cooperation has been run by foreign partners, including: Cap Asia, Providence Equity, and Nexco and Jexway - one of the biggest toll road operators in Japan.
