Trans Java Toll Road Becomes Part of Nusantara Infrastructure Group

The Trans Java Toll Road is one of the strategic toll roads connecting major cities across Java Island. By the end of 2024, Nusantara Infrastructure, through its subsidiary Margautama Nusantara (MUN), is part of the GIC MPTC consortium, completed the transaction to acquire 35% of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) shares. JTT is the operator of the Trans Java Toll Road and is also a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk.
Previously, the consortium had signed the Conditional Share Purchase Agreement (CSPA) on June 28, 2024, and the Share Purchase Agreement on September 27, 2024. With the completion of this entire acquisition process, the Trans Java Toll Road is now officially part of Nusantara Infrastructure.
