PT Nusantara Infrastructure held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on June 13, 2024, at The Ritz Carlton, SCBD, Jakarta. In this event, the company's management reported its performance in 2023. Not only the Board of Commissioners and the company's Directors, this annual event was also attended by representatives of the Securities Administration Bureau (BAE), Notary, Public Accounting Firm (KAP), and shareholders. The event went smoothly, and all shareholders approved the four meeting agendas that had been decided.
