On August 31, 2018, an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held for the second time in this year. Attended by shareholders, guests from the subsidiaries, the public notary, representatives from BAE and external invitees. The main agenda of this EGMS was to obtain approval from shareholders to execute Increase Capital Without Pre-emptive Rights (PMTHMETD) and reshuffling of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the company.
