Business Partnership Nusantara Infrastructure with JEXWAY & W-NEXCO

On December 18, 2014, Nusantara Infrastructure has signed a partnership agreement with Japan Expressway International Co., Ltd. (JEXWAY) and West Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. (W-NEXCO), one of the biggest toll road operators in Japan. The partnership was carried out in the form of acquisition of 4.18% shares of Bintaro Serpong Damai (the toll road operator of an approximately 7.25 km Serpong -Pondok Aren) by W-NEXCO and JEXWAY.
JEXWAY - as a subsidiary of W-NEXCO - is a toll road technology provider specialist, operator, and a maintenance service company. Currently, JEXWAY operates 3,290 km of toll roads. While, W-NEXCO manages more than 9,000 km of toll roads in Japan.
Nusantara Infrastructure was represented by the Director of Nusantara Infrastructure Ramdani Basri. JEXWAY was represented by Hiroshi Saito, and Yoshihiro Wada of W-NEXCO.
For JEXWAY, this is the first establish cooperation with companies outside Japan. And Illustrate the high confidence of international investors to Nusantara Infrastructure.
