The AGMS BSD was held on Swiss Belhotel Intermark Business Meet Life building, Serpong on April 4, 2019. The event was led by the President Director of BSD Toll and attended by shareholders, namely PT Margauttama Nusantara, Japan Express Way International Co. Ltd., West Nippon Express Way Co. Ltd., PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, Jaya Real Property Tbk., dan PT Wira Perkasa Agung. The Management presented report and performance related to activities during the period of 2018.
On the same day BMN and JTSE also held the AGMS at Four Points Hotel, Makassar, attended by shareholders from each Company open and lead by President Director of the company.
