PT Margautama Nusantara (MUN)

PT Margautama Nusantara (MUN) is a Strategic Business Unit of the Company. MUN is the holding company of 2 subsidiaries, 1 associated company, and 1 indirect subsidiary in toll road management, namely PT BSD, PT BMN, PT JTSE and PT JLB.

MUN cooperated with Capital Advisor Partners Asia Pte Ltd (Cap Asia), a private investment company specializing in investment sector in South East Asia. By this cooperation, Cap Asia through CIIF Infrastructure Holdings Sdn Bhd (previously known as Robust Success Sdn Bhd). The cooperation with Cap Asia would strengthen MUN’s capital, expected to enable optimum synergy and performance aimed at enhancing the Company's performance.

PT Bintaro Serpong Damai (BSD)

BSD is the concession holder of a 7.25 km toll road which connects Serpong and Pondok Aren, Jakarta. A key Toll Road which significantly reduces traveling time and relieves traffic congestion for residents and businesses in both districts. In 2013, the average daily traffic volume increased by 7% or 84,600 vehicles.

PT Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu (JLB)

As an associated company of MUN, JLB operates 9.7 km toll road that connects Kebun Jeruk (West Jakarta) with Penjaringan (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport area, Cengkareng). In 2013, JLB toll road is connected with the Pantai Indah Kapuk Residential and Business area. The average daily traffic volume increased 10% or 62,000 vehicles.

PT Bosowa Marga Nusantara (BMN)

Based in Makassar, South Sulawesi, BMN is the concession holder of a toll road section which extends 5.95 km and connect the Soekarno-Hatta Port in Makassar with the AP Pettarani (Urip Sumoharjo flyover). The BMN toll road also forms a strategic link with the JTSE toll road forming an intercity Tool Road. The average daily traffic volume in 2013 was 53,800 vehicles, an increase of 11% from the previous year.

PT Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (JTSE)

BMN controls majority share of JTSE, which is the concession holder of Section 4 toll road in Makassar. This section spans 11.57 km, and is connected with the road section operated by BMN, starting from Tallo Bridge to simpang Mandai Makassar, and provides access to Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport. JTSE average daily traffic volume increased by 15% or 35,400 vehicles.
