Strengthening Business Strategy, Nusantara Infrastructure Officially Divests Share Ownership in the Port Sector

Jakarta, March 14th  2023 – PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (IDX: META) through its subsidiary PT Portco Infranusantara (PORTCO) has completed the entire divestment process or disposal of all shares of PT Intisentosa Alambahtera (ISAB) on March 10, 2023. The total number of shares released amounted to 60,174 shares or 39% to PT LDC Indonesia as the buyer, with a transaction value of USD 5.7 Million. On the same date, PORTCO also received USD 2.2 million in repayment of shareholder loans from ISAB.
ISAB is a concession holder from PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) for the construction and operation of a dry and wet cargo terminal at Panjang Port, Lampung, by using and managing additional land for tank storage services.

Indah D.P Pertiwi Nusantara Infrastructure's Head of Corporate Communication & CSR said, "As part of efforts to strengthen the capital structure and core business expansion, through our subsidiary company releasing all shareholding in the port sector, share ownership is also considered a minority shareholder since it is only 39%."

Going forward, Nusantara Infrastructure continues to commit in supporting infrastructure through various sustainable strategic projects in various sectors. Apart from renewable energy and clean water, currently the largest portfolio is still in the toll road sector which is located in urban areas.
In 2023, several strategic projects that are being worked on by Nusantara Infrastructure include the construction of the BSD Toll road elevation project at KM 8, the Serpong Ramp Junction weaving project at KM 10, the construction of the 3.2 km Makassar New Port (MNP) access in Makassar and tender process for Jorr Elevated Cikunir-Ulujami Toll Road.
