Jakarta, Mei 24th 2023 – PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (share code META) is a multisectoral private infrastructure company convening an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on 24 May 2023 in Ritz Carlton, Pacific Place, Jakarta, with agendas already approved by the shareholders. In this event, there were five (5) agendas discussed among others regarding the Approval of the Company’s Annual Report including the Endorsement of Annual Financial Statements and Supervisory Duty Implementation of the Board of Commissioners for the Fiscal Year 2022; Approval of the Allocation of the Company’s Net Profit for the Fiscal Year ended on 31 December 2022; Appointment of a Public Accountant for auditing the Company’s Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year ended on 31 December 2023; Approval on the Re-appointment of the Company’s Members of Board of Directors and Members of the Board of Commissioners as well as Assignment of duty and authority, remuneration and allowance for the members of the Company’s Board of Commissioners for 2023.

Thus, the current composition of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors is as follows:

Indah D.P. Pertiwi, Head of Corporate Communication & CSR said, “Throughout 2022, the Company has successfully recorded a positive performance in terms of an increase in Business Revenue and Sales (excluding construction revenue) of Rp838.4 billion in 2022 or rose by 24.2% compared to the previous year of Rp675.1 billion”.

Based on the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2022, the Company recorded Company’s Business Profit in 2022 in the amount of Rp278.2 billion or 84.5% higher than in 2021, Rp150.8 billion, with the Company’s total asset of Rp11.2 trillion. To strengthen its business strategy, the Company expands its wings to trade, advertising & parking management fields as a form of technology innovation in the digital sector through its subsidiary, PT Meta Media Infranusantara (MMI) under the brand of “Otto Parking”. Additional information, MMI is the Company’s business unit that was once called PT Telekom Infranusantara (TI).

Otto Parking engages in the field of parking management service that is professionally integrated with the IT system, equipment, and Human Resources (HR) that have extensive experience and network. By combining new technologies to all aspects of parking management, Otto Parking provides a service program and facility without limitation to all stakeholders, through the products and services of Professional Parking Provider Services, Supply Parling Equipment, Otto Parking Software, Otto Parking Mobile Apps, and Maintenance.

Pertiwi, Head of Corporate Communication & CSR mengatakan, “Sepanjang tahun 2022, Perusahaan berhasil mencatatkan kinerja positif dengan peningkatan Pendapatan dan Penjualan Usaha (tidak termasuk pendapatan konstruksi) sebesar Rp838,4 miliar di tahun 2022 atau naik sebesar 24,2% jika dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp675,1 miliar”.

Berdasarkan laporan keuangan konsolidasian Perusahaan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2022, Perusahaan mencatatkan Laba Usaha Perseroan di tahun 2022 sebesar Rp278,2 miliar atau lebih tinggi 84,5% dibandingkan tahun 2021, Rp150,8 miliar, dengan total aset Perusahaan sebesar Rp11,2 triliun.
