Dahlia Evawani, Corporate Secretary of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk "Based on the Amendment and/or Supplement to the Information Disclosure in two national newspapers today, it has been stated that the Voluntary Tender Offer period will start on March 19-April 17, 2024, with the payment date on April 24, 2024".
The shareholders can participate in the Voluntary Tender Offer from 8.30 AM – 4 PM every day during the offering period. The price of the Voluntary Tender Offer that has been approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 19, 2023, is IDR 250, which is final and cannot be changed.
