Net Income Increases 22% in Third Quarter of 2015, Strengthening Nusantara Infrastructure’s Position as Integrated Infrastructure Company in Indonesia

Jakarta, October 29, 2015 - PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (the Company), an integrated private infrastructure investor and operator in Indonesia, continues to show a great performance. In the third quarter of 2015, the Company earned net income for the period amounted to Rp 164.19 billion, an increase of 22% compared to the same period in 2014 amounted to Rp 134.73 billion.
 
General Manager Corporate Affairs of Nusantara Infrastructure Deden Rochmawaty explained that the increase in net income was driven by the Company's business continues to grow consistently, especially in the sectors of toll road management, a solid team, increase of subsidiaries’ contribution, and the efficiency and innovation by the subsidiaries. This is in line with the Company's vision and mission in order to provide optimal benefits to shareholders, investors, and all stakeholders.
 
Deden said, "Business development strategy through mergers and acquisitions has proved to be very significant for improving corporate performance. In the future, this strategy will still be run to strengthen the Company's fundamentals."

Performance consistency of Nusantara Infrastructure
 
The Company’s performance in the third quarter of 2015 continues to show a convincing performance with positive growth as the same period in the last three years. Increased net income was driven by increased revenue and sales of 4% as Rp 397.79 billion (see table below).
 
EBITDA increased by 22% from Rp 194.34 billion in the third quarter of 2014 to Rp 236.70 billion. The Company's positive performance is also reflected in the entire Operating Ratio as Net Profit Margin and EBITDA Margin are respectively increased to 25.3% and 59.5% in the third quarter of 2015. As of the end of September 2015, the Company's Total Assets reached Rp 4.43 trillion.
 
In the third quarter of 2015 a number of business units of Nusantara Infrastructure recorded significant growth. PT Komet Infra Nusantara (KIN), which is the newest business unit of the Company in the telecommunications tower sector, achieved a brilliant performance with total revenue of Rp 127.27 billion. As of the end of September 2015 KIN has a portfolio of more than 850 telecommunication towers. KIN main business includes leasing of space on towers to wireless operators in Indonesia (based on long-term contracts).
 
The toll road business, through PT Margautama Nusantara (MUN), the Company obtained revenue of Rp 246.65 billion, or by 62%. While in the water management business recorded an increase in revenue and sales of Rp 25.68 billion.
