Jakarta, August 5, 2022 - PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (stock code name META), a private infrastructure company, states that there are changes the agenda on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which will be held on Tuesday, August 9th 2022. The agenda that will be discussed in the upcoming EGMS is related to the approval of changes in the members of the Company's Board of Commissioners.

In the previous information on the invitation to the EGMS published in national printed media (18/7), there were two agendas stated; the first agenda regarding the acquisition agreement by the subsidiary, PT Margautama Nusantara (MUN), and the second agenda about the approval of changes in the members of the Company's Board of Commissioners.

Indah D. P. Pertiwi, Head of Corporate Communication & CSR PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk revealed that the postponement of the first agenda in the upcoming EGMS on August 9 2022 happened as the completion of administrative documents to the regulators were still needed. “As a company that upholds the values Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Nusantara Infrastructure must follow the procedures imposed by the regulator. Until the EGMS on August 9, the agenda that will be discussed is regarding the approval of changes in members of the Company's Board of Commissioners”, she stated.

The postponement of the approval of the acquisition plan that will be carried by Nusantara Infrastructure’s subsidiary will be scheduled as soon as possible at the next EGMS which will be further informed. Indah added “the agenda of the acquisition plan by MUN is still ongoing and will take place after the administrative process is completed”.

The company’s management will continue to be committed to implementing different GCG principles on every business and operational aspect which refers to the 5 basic principles, which are openness, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness & equality.
