Jakarta, February 26, 2024 PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk's (IDX: META) plan to delist and Go Private is still in the process of following policies and regulations by the Regulator's regulations. The latest update, the process is currently entering the stage of the Voluntary Tender Offer (VTO) plan by PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia Services (MPTIS), as the majority shareholder of the Company which will be continue with the VTO offering period, after obtaining an effective letter from the Regulator.
 
Regarding the Information on the planned voluntary tender offer from MPTIS was previously submitted through two national newspapers on January 8, 2024. The voluntary tender offer registration statement carried out by MPTIS was to comply with Financial Services Authority Regulation No.54/POJK.04/2015 concerning Tender Offers Voluntary (“POJK No. 54/2015”) in conjunction with Financial Services Authority Regulation No.3/POJK.04/2021 concerning the Implementation of Activities in the Capital Market (“POJK No.3/2021”).
 
Dahlia Evawani, Corporate Secretary of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk said, "If we refer to the information related to the voluntary tender offer registration statement from MPTIS, there has been a change in the schedule from the previously determined estimated time. Because this VTO stage requires coordination from various parties and all stages that need to be fulfilled according to regulations, including having to obtain an effective statement from OJK.”
 
In the near future, the VTO process will enter the stage of acquisition the effective date of the tender offer statement from the Regulator/OJK. "This VTO process is carried out entirely by MPTIS as the majority shareholders. We also want this process completed soon, as shareholders expect."
