As a part of the Company’s vision to become a well-known infrastructure company in Indonesia, we are determined to expand the business into other linked sectors. We proudly announced the Company’s fifth Strategic Business Unit, PT Telekom Infranusantara (TI), acquiring the majority stock in PT Komet Infra Nusantara (previously PT Tara Cell Intrabuana) to expand the business activities into telecommunications sector.TI was established under PT Transco Infranusantara which later changed into PT Telekom Infranusantara. This company manages the business of service, selling and building telecommunication tower. In January 2014, TI has acquired majority share of PT Komet Infra Nusantara (KIN).
