Good Corporate Governance

Whistleblowing System

Whistleblowing policy is a system in managing reports/ disclosure on actions against the law and a form of high commitment to implement GCG per its principles. As a public Company, the Company protects all internal or external parties who desire to deliver their complaints to the Audit Committee upon all Company information which is considered as inappropriate and inaccurate. Especially, information disclosure on information regarding important company areas such as annual or financial reports, press releases, etc.

The reporting mechanism uses a special scheme presented to the corresponding Business Head Unit and copied to the Company Internal Audit division and Human Resources of each Business unit using email wbs@nusantarainfrastructure.com or application provided to facilitate the process. The employee reporting identification will be kept anonymous by all parties involved in handling the reported issue.

The Company and all Company entities are forbidden to take adverse steps upon the party having the initiative to address its complains per procedure such as harassing, threatening, scorsing, terminate or other discriminative actions. All unfounded complaints or accusations, especially those which may ruin the Company’s reputation or certain employees will be considered as serious violations and can be sanctioned per Company terms.
