The Company also officially divested its subsidiary in the clean water sector, PT Tirta Bangun Nusantara, through PT Potum Mundi Infranusantara on January 25, 2023. Potum officially released its ownership of PT Tirta Bangun Nusantara of Rp55 billion to Bahtera Hutama Sentosa (BHS) and Bahtera Hijau Mandiri (BHM). This corporate action was carried out through the Company’s subsidiary as part of the management's efforts to strengthen its capital structure and expand its core business.
