PT Jakarta Metro Expressway (JKTMetro), a subsidiary of the Company, successfully won the auction for the 21.6-kilometer (km) JORR Elevated Cikunir-Ulujami project. Together with the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT), the establishment of the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT) was signed on September 8, 2023 to mark the beginning of this project. Furthermore, on October 11, 2023, the PPJT was also signed by the President Director of JKTMetro and the Head of BPJT, witnessed by the Business Director of PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (PII), Secretary of BPJT, Head of Toll Road Investment Division, and JKTMetro's Board of Directors.
In addition to these two moments, the signing of the Guarantee Agreement and Regression Agreement was also held as a series towards the project construction. The guarantee agreement was signed by the President Director of PII as the government guarantee provider together with the President Director of JKTMetro. While the Regression Agreement was signed by the Minister of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) as the Person in Charge of the Cooperation Project (PJPK) together with the President Director of PT PII. The project with an investment value of around Rp21.3 trillion will connect Jati Asih (Bekasi) with Ulujami (South Jakarta).
