The Company officially divested or released all of its share ownership in PT Intisentosa Alambahtera (ISAB) through its subsidiary PT Portco Infranusantara (PORTCO) on March 10, 2023. The number of shares released was 60,174 shares or equivalent to 39% with a signed transaction value of Rp87.97 billion. This transaction will not have a material negative impact on the Company as the Company currently has sufficient working capital and cash flow to carry out its operational activities.
