PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk's business unit in the toll road sector held a Quality Control Circle (QCC) Competition and Direct Improvement Session for all employees which was held on January 10, 2022.
 
This annual event with the theme "Strenghtening Business Resilience with Excellence Culture" means strengthening the company's resilience with a culture of improvement.
 
The purpose of this activity is to encourage employees to continue to provide various innovations for business progress and development, while at the same time making the QCC aspect one of the Company's cultures.
 
This activity was attended by 8 project leaders with project innovations in each team with two groups being the winners.
 
During 2021, at least 72 direct improvements and 8 innovation projects have been successfully achieved with an average increase of 35% related to rewarding improvements.
