Mr. Satria Surjati is a results-driven commercial leader with over 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, finance, and business development in Singapore and Indonesia. He has a proven track record in transforming commercial organizations, enhancing operational effectiveness, and driving sustainable growth through practical strategies based on customer and market insights.

He is recognized for his strategic leadership and cultural adaptability in managing multi-country operations and leading teams through organizational change. His expertise spans financial management, policy alignment, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement, including collaboration with government bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Satria held senior positions in several leading organizations, including Siloam Hospitals Group. He led over 3,000 personnel to achieve significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and digital transformation. He also used to held a position as a General Manager at Aurogen Pharma and Upjohn (Pfizer), where he played a key role in business integration, restructuring, and driving strong growth in the hospital segment. Earlier, he also served as Sales and Finance Director at Pfizer Indonesia and held senior financial roles at Doulton WWRD, Innogene Kalbiotech, and Colorcon Asia Pacific.
