Ms. Marisa Valencia Conde (“Marisa”), Filipino Citizen, is a senior finance executive and Certified Public Accountant Philippines and U.S.) with extensive leadership experience in comptrollership, treasury, audit, taxation, and corporate finance. 

She is the Interim Group Chief Financial Officer of Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) and Vice President for Technical Finance at Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC). 

Previously, she served as Group Controller and Data Privacy Officer at MPIC, while also acting as CFO/Treasurer for MPIC subsidiaries, including Metropac Water Investments Corp, Metro Pacific Health Tech (mWell), METPower Venture Partners, and Surallah Biogas Ventures. 

Prior to joining MPTC and MPIC, her career background spans finance leadership roles in Philippine corporations, such as PLDT Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., and Cignal TV, as well as international practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Ernst & Young LLP in the U.S., following early training at SGV/Ernst & Young Philippines. 

Ms. Marisa earned a Master’s in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. 

For further education, she completed the Accounting for Sustainability program at the Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) Academy. Ms. Marisa is recognized for disciplined financial stewardship, strong governance, sound knowledge of the business and collaborative leadership—anchored by a strategic, innovation-driven mindset.
