Junianto T. Prijono is an Indonesian citizen, aged 62
and domiciled in Jakarta. Born in Malang on June 10,
1955, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from
Faculty of Economics of Brawijaya University in 1981.
Then in 1989, he successfully obtained his Master of
Business Administration degree from the Institute for
Management Education and Development.
 
Prior to his appointment as (Independent) President
Commissioner of the Company for this period, he once
Served as Commissioner of the Company in 2008-2010.
In addition, he held various key positions such as Chief
Finance Office at Bosowa Corporation (2008-2009), Star
Petrogas Corporation/Persian Gulf Star Oil Company
(2007-2008), and PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk
(2006-2007); Director of PT Renaissance Capital Asia
(2005-2006); Commissioner of PT Bank Lippo Tbk
(2002-2004); Deputy of Finance Director-Controller and
Risk Management of PT Pertamina (Persero); Deputy
Chairman in Support & Administration (2001-2004) and
Division Head – Investment I (2001) at The Indonesian
Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), and Partner in
Financial Advisory at Deloitte Touche (1991-2001), etc.
 
His long work experience in numerous businesses
and industries is proof of his extensive knowledge
and adaptive nature, which can be beneficial for the
Expansion effort of the Company.
