Amadeo Navalta Bejec is a Philippine citizen. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Master of Business Administration from De La Salle University, the Philippines. He has more than 20 years of experience in various fields, including corporate finance, business development, treasury, and external audit. Prior to entering the toll road industry, his experience covered the real estate, banking, and audit industries. 

Serving as a VP of Corporate Finance in NLEX Corporation, the largest toll road developer and concessionaire in the Philippines. He served the company for 15 years in different functions, including business development, corporate planning, finance, and treasury. He was involved in the acquisition of two major toll road concessions in the Philippines.
He was involved in other financial activities of NLEX Corporation, including in the company’s successful initial bond offering in 2014 and new bond issuance in 2018. He also helped arrange various bilateral and syndicated loans from a number of renowned financial institutions to fund the company’s expansion project. 

Specializing in financial modelling and analysis, he played a vital role in the negotiation and documentation of the commercial terms of various concession agreements.
