IDX Main Board
IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) announces that Nusantara Infrastructure is one of the 15 issuers that qualify to move from the Development Board to the Main Board. This adjustment was effective on June 1, 2015.
Development Board is board listing provided to listed shares of medium-sized companies that are expected to develop. Main Board is provided to listed shares of large companies, with requirements: Net value tangible assets at least Rp100 billion, minimum 3 years of operational experience, audited financial statements of the issuer to Unqualified opinion for last two fiscal years.
