Warta Ekonomi Corporate Secretary Award 2017 as a Top 5 GCG in Infrastructure Sector
On 5 December, 2017 at Balai Kartini Jakarta, Warta Ekonomi through Indonesia Corporate Secretary Award 2017 gives awards to companies that carry out the role of good Corporate Secretary, and make it as a benchmark for other companies. NI was selected as one of the five best Companies in the infrastructure sector that apply the concept of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), represented by Dahlia Evawani as Corporate Secretary. The event has purposed to encourage all institutions in Indonesia to continue providing information disclosure to the public, because GCG is a reflection and benchmark integrity of a company.
Warta Ekonomi undertook an assessment based on various aspects such as information disclosure and implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), which is in accordance with the provisions of the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG), namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness. In addition, four other infrastructure companies also included in the same category namely, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk, PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk, and PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk.
