WATER
PT POTUM MUNDI INFRANUSANTARA (POTUM)
Potum was established in April 2011, and serves as the sub holding company of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk which manages expansion into water supply sector infrastructure. In 2012 Potum acquired PT Dain Celicani Cemerlang (DCC) as contract holders for a clean water supply project in Medan. In 2013, Potum acquired another clean water supply and distribution company.
PT Sarana Catur Tirta Kelola (SCTK), a concession holder up to 2038 for clean water supply in East Serang Regency, particularly for industrial customers apart from supporting clean water to commercial customers and households through PDAM Serang and simultaneously supporting the environmental sustainability issues.

PT SARANA CATUR TIRTA KELOLA (SCTK)
In December 2013, Potum acquired majority (65%) shareholdership of SCTK, a Water Treatment Plant & Water Distribution Company, which operates in Desa Ceruk, East Serang Regency, Banten. SCTK is currently supplying clean water to industrial Estates in the Area i.e. Modern Cikande Industrial Estate 1, 2, 3 & Pancatama Industrial Estate at 375 liter per second capacity (lps).
This WTP sources its raw water from the Ciujung River, East Serang, Banten and is serving over 200 factories in those Industrial Estates to accommodate, commercial and household needs of clean water.
PT DAIN CELICANI CEMERLANG (DCC)
In October 2012, Potum signed a Share Subscription Agreement with DCC to acquire 51% shares of the company and in 2018 POTUM increased its shareholdership to 74,5%. DCC is a Water Treatment Concession Holder with a Right to Build, Operate & Manage the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in the Medan Industrial Estate or Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM), North Sumatra, with a total capacity of 200 lps. The plant is servicing potential demand up to 200 lps clean water supply to the above mentioned Industrial Area. The WTP sources its raw water from the Deli River and supplies clean water to more than 150 factories in the KIM industrial Estate.
