Semen Gresik Expects 2012 Net Profit Up 10% Vs 2011 Goal Of IDR3.89 Trillion - CEO

Cement producer PT Semen Gresik (SMGR.JK) expects its net profit to rise 10% next year from the IDR3.89 trillion net profit targeted for this year due to higher revenue and increased sales, a senior official at the company told reporters Wednesday.
"Revenue for the January-September period of 2012 is expected to increase by up to 12% from a target of IDR15 trillion for the same period this year," Gresik Chief Executive Dwi Soetjipto said.
Soetjipto said he expects the cement sales volume for next year to increase to 22 million metric tons from 19.5 million tons this year.
