A pride for Nusantara Infrastructure which the Director of Nusantara Infrastructure, Dr. John Scott Younger OBE Deng (Hon) PhD CEng FICE achieved a “Doctor of Engineering” honorary doctorate from his almamater, the University of Glasgow, Scotland, on July 1, 2015. This title is awarded due to his dedication in the field of infrastructure development and sustainable development for three decades.



The award as well as his dedication in the field of science by becoming Honorary Research Fellow and a facilitator of cooperation between the University of Glasgow relationship with Indonesia. He is also active in the establishment of Glasgow University alumni association in Indonesia. In addition, he has been involved as Advisor and Commissioner for the East Bali Poverty Project, a sustainable development project that converts 17 thousand people of Bali from poor conditions become prosperous community.

He was also involved in other various infrastructure development projects in Indonesia and some countries in Asia. As a writer and researcher, John Scott Younger  actively publish scientific journal, writes a column in several media, and has launched a book entitled "Dedication to Infrastructure".
