M. Ramdani Basri - President Director/ Chief Executive Officer
As an entrepreneur and professional, M. Ramdani Basri has grown and developed successful companies for more than 20 years. His business acumen and expertise in the capital market has made him instrumental in many prominent mergers and acquisitions ranging from the oil and gas, mining, infrastructure to manufacturing industries in Indonesia.
He has assumed various senior executive positions, including the CEO of PT Asiana Multi Kreasi Tbk (1998-2000), in which he managed to transform into a healthy and successful public company. This extensive professional experience enables him to stay active in various public companies. He was one of the founders of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. Under his leadership, the company has developed into one of the leading infrastructure companies in Indonesia.
During the last four years, the Company assets have grown by more than 300%. He is also actively involved in various social organizations and currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Indonesian Fine Arts Foundation.
Danni Hasan - Managing Director
Danni Hasan, started his career in 1988, assuming various senior positions in reputable companies in the manufacturing, oil and gas, and securities firms. Those companies included among others PT Akzo Coating Indonesia, Sigma Batara, and PT Asamera Oil Indonesia. He was the CFO at PT Centris Multipersada Pratama, and was later appointed as President Director in this various business group.
In addition to his experience in operating toll road projects in Indonesia, he also specializes in financial structuring and had arranged the funding for the JTSE, BSD and JLB toll road projects. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Master of Science degree in Industrial Management at Adamson University, the Philippines.
Ruswin Nazsir - Managing Director
Ruswin Nazsir graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Padjajaran in 1984 and continued to pursue his Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Portland, USA. He has more than 22 years of experience in marketing and finance at various leading companies.
He started his career with PT Infodata, followed by PT Bank Nusa International as Senior Vice President for Merchant Banking and Corporate Banking. His professional experience led him to the position of Director in various leading companies in Indonesia, before being appointed as Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk.
Bernardus Djonoputro - Managing Director
Bernardus Djonoputro has a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Bandung Institute of Technology. He started his career as Planning Engineer intern in Brisbane, Australia. He then held various positions in American Express, Director of Marketing for Ernst & Young and Director of Business Development for PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
He founded HD Asia Advisory and worked extensively as advisor to many central and local governments on planning and infrastructure projects. Currently, he is the Secretary General of the Indonesian Association of Urban and Regional Planners, and is also active as Asia Pacific's Council Member of the Eastern Region Association for Planning and Human Settlement (EAROPH). His focus is on the water and port sectors and is also well knowledgeable in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes for Indonesia.
