Muhamad Ramdani Basri - President Director/ Chief Executive Officer
As an entrepreneur and professional, Mr. Basri has grown and develops successful companies for more than 20 years. His business acumen and expertise in the capital market has made him instrumental in many prominent mergers and acquisitions from the oil and gas, mining, infrastructure to manufacturing Industries in Indonesia.
He has held many senior professional positions including CEO of PT Asiana Multi Kreasi Tbk (1998-2002) where he turned around the company to become a successful and sound listed company. With his professional experience, Mr. Basri continues actively involved in public companies. He co-founded and led PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk to become one of the leading infrastructure companies in Indonesia. Today, the company has seen its asset grow 300% in the last 4 years.
Mr. Basri is actively involved in various social organizations and currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Indonesian Fine Arts Foundation.
Omar Danni Hasan - Managing Director
Omar Danni Hasan, started his career in 1988, managing various senior positions with reputable companies in the manufacturing, oil and gas and securities firms. The companies include PT. Akzo Coating Indonesia, Sigma Batara and PT. Asamera Oil Indonesia. In 1995-2001 he assumed position as CFO at PT. Centris Mutipersada Pratama and proceeded as President Director in 2001-2007, in this multi diversified group of companies.
His vast experience in cross sector of industries and capital market environment has gained him a high reputation being a strong business developer.
Mr. Hasan graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Management, both from Adamson University, Phillipines. He assume position as Director of PT. Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since 2007.
Ruswin Nazsir - Managing Director
Ruswin Nazsir is an Indonesian citizen. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Padjajaran in 1984 and continued to pursue his Master of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Portland, USA.
He has more than 22 years of experience in marketing and finance area with leading companies. He started his career with PT Infodata, followed by PT Bank Nusa International as Senior Vice President for Merchant Banking and Corporate Banking. His professional experiene has lead him to the position of Managing Director of PT Bosowa Investama.
Mr. Nazsir has been appointed as Director of the company since 2008.
Bernardus Djonoputro - Managing Director
Mr. Djonoputro graduated with a degree on Urban & Regional Planning from the Bandung Institute of Technology. He started his career as Planning Engineer intern in Brisbane Australia (1988-1990). He then held various positions with American Express (1990-1996), where he was recipient of America Express Chairman’s Award in 1993 and remain as the only Indonesian to have received the award. He had led international consulting firms, as Director of Marketing for Ernst & Young (1999-2004) and became Director of Business Development with PricewaterhouseCoopers (2004-2005). He then founded HD Asia Advisory in 2005.
He has worked extensively as advisor with many central and local governments on planning and infrastructure projects. Mr. Djonoputro currently is the elected Secretary General of the Indonesian Association of Urban and Regional Planners (IAP) 2007-2013.
Mr. Bernardus Djonoputro is also active as Asia Pacific’s Council Member of the Eastern Region Association for Planning and Human Settlement (EAROPH). He joined PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk, in 2010.
