Darjoto Setyawan - President Commissioner
Darjoto Setyawan is currently the Managing Director Mining & Resources of PT. Rajawali Corporation (2005-present) and President Commissioner of PT. Bentoel International Investment, PT. Bentoel Prima, PT. Tresno, PT. Subur Amman, PT. Amiseta and PT. Taman Bentoel (2006-2009). He served as the the Executive Director of PT. Ongko Multicorpora (holding company of the Ongko Group) from 1983 to 1996. He was appointed as Vice Prsident Commisioner of Semen Gresik in from 2006 to December 2010. Darjoto Setyawan earned his BSc in Mathematics and Natural Science from Bandung Institute of Technology and Master of Management from Prasetiya Mulya Institute of Management.
Eur. Ing. Dr. John Scott Younger, OBE PhD MS CEng FICE FLS – Independent Commissioner
Dr. John Scott Younger serves as Independent Commissioner of the Company and as Commissioner for the East Bali Poverty Project, a model in sustainable development. He is also the President Commissioner of Glendale Partners, a leading infrastructure and natural resources consulting firm based in Jakarta. He was formerly a member of the Board of the British Chamber of Commerce and is currently Vice-Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia and Head of its Infrastructure Working Groups. In 2003 he was awarded the OBE. Dr. Younger is a regular speaker at conferences and a columnist of the regional business magazine Globe Asia, and Honorary Research Fellow of Glasgow University and Fellow of the Linnean Society.
Ir. Hartopo Soetoyo, MM - Independent Commissioner
Hartopo Soetoyo has been a Commissioner of the Company since 2010. Concurrently he is also Commissioner of PT Jakarta Lingkar Barat Satu since 2009. Mr. Soetoyo began his career as Site Engineer at PT Pembangunan Perumahaan (Persero) from 1974 to1999. He was formerly the President Director of PT PP Taisei Indonesia Construction. Mr. Soetoyo holds a Bachelor degree in Technical Engineering from Diponegoro University which he obtained in 1974. He then did his master program in Highway Engineering at Bandung Institute of Technology and graduated in 1976. In 1990 Mr. Soetoyo attended the Enterprise Management Program at Arthur D Little Cambridge, Boston, Massachussets, USA and in 1995 he pursued his Master of Management degree at Prasetiya Mulya Institute of Management.
Cahyo Winarto - Commissioner
Cahyo Winarto serves as Commissioner of the Company since 2009 to date. Currently he also serves as the Chief Corporate HR at Bosowa Corporation (2007-present). He is an Economics graduate from the University of Indonesia. Having completed his education in 1981, he began his entrepreneurial journey by running his own business under the name of PT. Yota Hasta selling consumer good on a door to door basis. His next career was a Consultant at PT. Indo Consult (1983-1990) and over the next 15 years he worked at Astra Group (1991-2006).
