Dr. John Scott Younger OBE FICE – President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner
Dr. John Scott Younger is a British national. He completed his education at the University of Glasgow on 1962 and continued to pursue his Master of Science Degree at the University of California Berkeley in 1964. In 1989, John Scott Younger pursued his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the University of Hong Kong. John Scott Younger started his career as a Research Assistant at the Unversity of California Berkeley during the period of 1962-1964. Presently, Dr. Younger assumes a position as a Deputy Chairman at D Group Indonesia (2000-present), Commissioner at PT. Montraco Nusantara (2004-present), President Commissioner/Partner at PT. Glendale Partners (2004-present) and at the same time assumes a position as the Company’s President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner (2006-present).
IR. Hartopo Soetoyo, MM - Commissioner
Ir. Hartopo Soetoyo, an Indonesian citizen, he completed his education at the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Diponegoro in 1974 and continued to a Post Graduate study majoring in Highway Engineering at the Institut Teknologi Bandung where he completed the study in 1976. In 1990, Hartopo Soetoyo trained for Enterprise Management Program at Arthur D. Little, Cambridge, Boston, Massachusets, USA. In 1995, Hartopo Soetoyo pursued a Magister Manajemen degree at Sekolah Tinggi Management Prasetya Mulya. He started his career as a Site Engineer at PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) between the periods of 1974-1999 with latest position as President Director of PT. PP Taisei Indonesia Construction. Presently, Ir. Soetoyo assumes a position as Vice President for Business Development at Bosowa Corporation 200 and the same time assumes a position as the Company’s Commissioner (2010-Present).
Cahyo Winarto - Commissioner
Cahyo Winarto is an Indonesian citizen. He completed his education at the Department of Economics at the University of Indonesia in 1981. He started his entrepreneurial journey by running his own business under the name of PT. Yota Hasta selling consumer good on a door to door basis. He then moved on and started his career as a Consultant at PT. Indo Consult (1983-1990) and worked at Astra Group (1991-2006). Presently he assumes a position as Chief Corporate HR at Bosowa Corporation (2007-present) and at the same time assumes a position as Commissioner of the Company (2009-Present).
Darjoto Setyawan - Commissioner
Darjoto Setyawan, was appointed as Vice Prsident Commisioner of Semen Gresik in 2006-Dec 2010. He is also the Managing Director Mining & Resources – Corporate Relations of PT Rajawali Corporation (2005-present) and President Commissioner PT Bentoel International Investment, PT Bentoel Prima, PT Tresno, PT Subur Amman, PT Amiseta dan PT Taman Bentoel (2006-2009). He was previously the Executive Director of PT Ongko Multicorpora (holding company of the Ongko Group) (1983-1996). He has a Master of Management from Prasetya Mulya Institute of Management and a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Natural Science from the Bandung Institute of Technology.
